Comsol Multiphysics 5.1 - Comb Drive Optimization

I working on the optimiziation of the MEMS Actuator - Comb Drive. Purpose of my project is to optimize the shape of the structure in Comsol Multiphysics environment. For someone, it will be an easy task and fast way to earn some money. Im sending to You all required files. You only need to optimize ( obj. function as maximum electrostatic force / obj. function as minimization of the mass ) the shape via software or matlab.
