Company admin module and upload file

develop an administrative module to add new companies and upload their files. company can login using the same login module to browse through the files and download them. project brief is attached. be reminded that there might be some tweaking of the project as we go on. wat is provided is based on what the system is suppose to do. however, while its being tested, somethings may need to be changed. i will sign off only when ive checked it thoroughly and it work the way it is suppose to work. let me know ur cost and timeline. i need it quick. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform php and mysql developer will help with the installation.
