Hello, I'm curious about what would be the metrics for this project. Also, will the selected candidate be administrating an existing gmail account or anything works? Name2Email may be free but it's not as strong as Connect, which requires a premium account if it's planned to be used a lot. I'm sure you're aware of that. Finally, I'm a developer myself.
