Design a lightbulb wire connection

I have 14 light bulbs to wire into a single power cord. I want someone to design how wire connection goes following my desired sketch. I do not have a background in electronics but can follow whatever it requires if it is well instructed. Base frame will be 3" PVC pipe and light bulbs will be inserted into batten holders (light bulb socket) which will also be attached to PVC pipe. My sketch is poorly drawn but it should give what I intend to do.
