Dear employer,
Last two years I work full time as an FPGA engineer for medical displays and video processing units. Therefore I know something about HDMI video processing in the FPGA and have contacts for the people who design boards for our company.
However, there are some questions that your job description did not answer and before I can decide, whenever I want to commit to this project, I need to know the answers:
1) What HDMI version is required? (Are we speaking HDMI 2.0, HDMI 1.4 or HDMI 1.3?)
2) How many boards will be produced?
3) Who pays for the prototype build and parts? (Is it part of the project budget?)
4)What is the resolution of the overlayed images? Is it just a still image or is it video. If it is video, what are required framerate?
Thank you for your answers,
Best Regards
Jan Kastil
