Build prototype of product with electronic and mechanical parts

I'm looking for a good engineering team that can make this prototype, test it, make the calculations and drawings and specifications for further mass production. The product comprises out of the following main parts: - A casing / housing to connect to the main power line (220v and one for 110v, European and US) - A EMF meter (measuring the electronic magnetic field) circuity. In a sheelded casing. - A backup power source like a battery (can be rechargeable). - A small solenoid and controller. - A mechanical spring loaded wind up mechanism. - One mechanical status indicator (linked to the wind up mechanism) and one LED status indicator LED (linked to the EMF meter). The function of the product/prototype: At a certain magnetic field/puls the circuity will shut on/off the solenoid which controls the mechanical wind up mechanism. So i need people how can calculate, make and test all this, and have solutions and ideas of their own to improve the product. Not only PCB-making skills are needed but also mechanical engineering skills. And last but not least make the necessary documentation that production, for example in China, is possible. This is an idea for a product i have, patent pending, only high level documentation will be available. Quality and durability of the end product are key.
