Hi there, Several years ago I created a similar project for a wireless ice fishing trap. I built the wireless power supply for both the trap and a separate device that monitored the reel on the ice fishing trap through a quadrature encoder. I've also built a wireless automated deer feeder that ran off of solar power. The panels would charge a battery and when the battery was charged, I used a microcontroller to switch off the charging basically acting as a voltage regulator. Can you tell me what exactly you are looking for? I'm assuming a proper deliverable here would be achieved with some sort of schematic that contains the proper theoretical calculations for your PS and perhaps a list of recommended batteries? Bottom line. I went to school for Electrical Engineering Technology in 2015 and have worked in the field for 4 years now prototyping ideas.
