Hi, I am an electronic engineer with 5 years of experience in electronic systems designing. I read your project description carefully and I can understand that your requirement is to drive high powered LEDs. So basically you will have to buy 2W or 1W LED lights as well as a heat sink for them as well. I can design a constant current driver for this, (usually these LEDs are safer with constant current drivers) and if you can buy RGB LEDs of those, I can design a cuircuit to change the colors to a patterns you need.
