refactor django app

I have a Django CMS project that will allow users to automatically generate dynamic landing pages using dynamic rendering. To do this, a user must first create an account, login to their account, upgrade their account, reset their password, update their account, and last but surely not least submit a template form to update or generate landing pages. The content of the landing pages will be created using the variables from and CSV file and images from the image folder, which the user will need to add to the template form. When a landing page is created, we will generate XML files for the landing page URLs. We will use postgresql for db, digitalocean droplet for deployment, stripe for plans, and mailersend for SMTP. It’s a backend only, I’m a frontend developer & the UI is fully ready. my budget is $55 and the deadline is 2 to 3 days, I can award you the project, but milestones will only be released upon the delivery of the project. I cannot release milestones just because you completed some tasks. If I do, the project may be abandoned and I will not allow this to happen.
