From, a video (or a part in the video), the process should produce a new files with the small video "tiled". Example form a video source of 80*256, produce a new video that will fill the entire DVI space, example 1080x1920. The original video will be copied as many time as required to fill (tiled) the desired output size. The MAIN GOAL is to have a video tiled for a Fascia Led Ribbon. The input is a video selected by the client (the client can select a part [x, y, height, width] of the given video, and the desired Height and the desired Width. (example the input video can have 720x1280, the desired output Height is 80 and desired output Width is 12000). The outpout is a new video file where the original height of 720 is now 80, and the resulting width (142.2 pix) will be copied (tiled) the number of time to have 12000 pix, in this case it will be copied 85 times. It will be copied to fill an HD space (1920*1080), when the copy function reach the 1920th pixel, it continue on the second line at vertical pixel 81 and continue on as necessary needed "lines"... An option can also be set to add blank (black space between "lines"), but this is not mandatory. NOTE: The final function is to be used in Firemonkey, if FMX is not in your skill, you can submit proposal in VCL that will be compiled in a DLL that will be used in FMX. Any additional information can be provided.

Hi, I am Delphi expert with more than 15 years of experience in various areas including video processing. Can you tell should all tiled small videos in a final video be synchronized with source video, for example if source video length is 10 seconds, large result video will also have 10 sec of length and each small video be played in it.

Hi there, If I understand correctly, what you are asking is for an app that can take a video and convert it into a video whose format is compatible with the Fascia Ribbon? i.e. basically a backwards version of how it processes video files to create one long thin video? If I am right, the video processing you describe can be rather easily achieved with freely available tools, with at most some extra custom coding work to produce each individual frame from the input video and parameters. I do own a copy of Delphi. Version 1.0. From some time in the 90's. I also have C++ builder from around the same time, and accompanying paper reference documentation. For the interface part, I can produce a version that works in a program call Lazarus, a freely available alternative to Delphi. There is a SLIGHT chance the code will require some tweaking to work in Delphi. I may also be able to snag a free trial to make sure it works in delphi. Given your budget range, I can get the actual video processing part of the project done with a lot of budget left for the interface. So, I would like to talk to you about your requirements. Please give me a yell in the message board so we can talk. After discussing your needs I will refine my bid/proposal and you can decide from there.
