small delphi project

I need a delphi (component) that does the following. The program shows a fraction bar. Above the bar a fraction is showed. The user must be able to drag the fraction to the right place on the fraction bar. If it is nearby, then the fraction can be dropped there, else it will be returned above the fraction. Parameters: - length of the bar (bar goes from 0 to max 10) - show ticks on the bar (true or false) - array of fractions (1/2, 1 2/3, fractions are not shown as decimals!) I know this is not such a difficult program so bid accordingly(!!). Also I do need a lot of these kind of components in the near future (in the next 3 months). So if you win and your work is good, you will get all these projects. The code should be well structured and documented. [Only Delphi (2007 pref), because this component will be implemented in a delphi program!]
