We need a medium-long term programmer for some software projects that are in starting line. We are searching mainly for a single person (however companies are welcomed), that know very well Delphi, and the SQL environment. We need to communicate via e-mail, or via Skype. Our projects are relative to standalone applications, in which a set of SQL tables are handled. The applications are (normally) enough complexes: since our clients are normal-average users, our applications must include all the error controls needed, superior user interfaces, good recovery systems etc. The programmer will have to work with us, based on detailed description about the software sections we need. We ask for a weekly report. All the sources code will be of our propierty, so the programmer will act as a software employer. Periodically we need to receive back the developed software, to try it works well. Please take care: we need good a programmer that have enough experience in developing stand-alone applications. For this reason we ask for a medium-long term collaboration. Please in the reply, tell us about the cost for working-week, calculating it as 4 or 8 ours for a day.

So, I work with Delphi about 10 years in very deifferent tasks (only Delphi, no other environment), over 5 years of experience in different SQL bases (Interbase, MS SQL, Oracle). My last projecty is stock-taking application with many different forms, documents etc. My bid is 5$/hour. So if I work 8 hours a day, it cost 40$ (mailing, discussion or other digressions from work isn't include in work time).
