i upgraded the document and everything was deleted in the files . so i want to recoverer everything , their is few softwares they give me access to do this but they want me to pay for it . so i need someone who can do this or has a software and want to sell me it cheap . This is an IMAC not windows

Hey Buddy, Dont purchase any software because your data now can not be recovered. Because in IMAC if any thing is formatted or upgraded it will automatically do its low level formatting or you can say it will completely wipe your data. So will suggest you do not purchase any software because that is of no use.
