Need someone to post/bid jobs on an auction site

I need someone to create 20 users on an auction website (preferably with US FB accounts) and post 1-2 non-technical (e.g. Dog walking, cat sitting, shopping, house cleaning, car washing, gutter cleaning, etc) jobs per user with titles and descriptions. The system allows the job listings to be delayed, so the postings should be scattered over the next 45 days. I then would like another 10-20 users created, and with those accounts you will place bids (multiple bids per auction) over the next 30-45 days. The daily upkeep should only be 5-10 minutes after the accounts are created and the jobs posted. Thanks! And happy bidding!
