R Programming: kNN classifier, c4.5 Algorithm

I need help completing this homework assignment. This assignment MUST be completed in R programming language. Attached is the actual homework assignment. This must be complete by Sunday February 22nd New York Time Zone. For Question 2, there is no need to draw the table. Just print out the results. The c4.5 algorithm must be written from scratch using R. For Question 3, to plot the data, you may want to use the contour() function. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
