Virtual Assistant. WARNING! READ CAREFULLY AND READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BELOW. Failure to follow simple instructions will lead to us reporting you to Freelancer. We hate auto-bidders and anyone who uses copy/paste without reading the project description. We have a few dropbox folders with just under 1200 files that need to be renamed. Each file length is too long and we need to simply reduce the file name by cutting some of the characters. READ THIS CAREFULLY: Some basic but important rules. If you don't follow these rules we will report you and you account may be terminated. 1. Start your bid with "instructions read" . Failure to do so and we will know you are an auto bidder or just plain dumb and you don't know how to follow simple instructions. 2. Blank bids to be deleted. 3. Don't ask us later how much we want to pay, your bid is not a placeholder. We will stop communicating with you if this happens. Provide a detailed proposal. 4. Explain why you are the best editor and why I should hire you. 4. Any bid over $10 USD will be deleted.

Hi, "Instructions Read" The Scope is clear to me except one. Is there any criterion need to be followed while cut-shorting the characters for renaming the files ? Why I can be a suitable candidate to finish off this task ? I believe i have the skill set and industrial experience to complete the file renaming process with good pace with the help of available industrial software chain tools
