URGENT: handwritten scanned index typed into Excel

I need a handwritten scanned index typed into Excel. There are on average 8 words per line and one 4 decimal number. I will pay AUD $0.10 per line and if the accuracy is above 95% will give a bonus making this AUD $0.15 per line. There are around 90 lines I need done which should work out around AUD $7.5 per hour. I require this done in next 12 hours. If you cant do this today PLEASE don't bid
