Transfer content of word documents from one doc template to another

Hi, we need to transfer the content of one word document to another word document. For each document, the font and size have to be changed. Freelancer needs to use Word for Mac (!), otherwise it will not work. We have around 1200 documents that need to be transferred (they are only two paged and not a lot of content).
