We are a Real Estate Company based out of Houston, Texas. We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant/ Sales Representative to assist us in our Real Estate [login to view URL] must be good at talking on the phone and communicating with our clients. You must be able to work remotely and use dependable technology to deliver excellent services to us and have the ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely. Task/Duties include: Calling Seller, Buyer, and Renter Leads, Following up with Sellers, Buyers, and Renter Leads, Posting Ads to Craigslis/similiar sites, Making sure listings stay up to date on those sites, Posting and managing websites, responding to email inquiries, Setting up E-mail campaign/autoresponders, Helping Close Transactions, Scheduling and setting up appointments/meetings, Managing Calendar, Preparing and Handling Paperwork and running comparables on properties. I am fully dedicated, reliable, fast learner, self starter, hard working and goal oriented person. I am well experienced in various CRM's, cloud services, google doc, google sheet, google calendar, various VOIP services, MS Office and a lot of web applications. My typing speed is 45 WPM. In addition, I use a stable 30 Mbps wired internet connection, a USB noise-canceling headset for phone calls and I have a quiet workplace with IPS so no electricity issues. Hello. My name is Pam and I am interested with the job. I've been in a call center company for 3 years doing sales and customer service all through out US. I spend a lot of time talking to customer. More more time than my kids. Haha. I work freelance since 2008 and had different clients and different projects. To be honest, I've never tried appointment setting and real estate but I have basic knowledge. What I do is just selling furniture, insurance and programs. I know few clients in California doing staging and selling house but I don't work for them, I just place an order for furniture they need for the house.
