Mail Merge

Attached you will see an Excel file with a list of names. You will also see a word document that shows two spots where a name can be inserted. (Sample letter attached as well) What we would like done is to merge the first name of each person on the list (column 1) into the word document fields. There is a field in the salutation line and a field in the body of the letter at the end of the second paragraph. Please let me know if there are questions or concerns so we may address them before creation of the document. Please give me an estimate of time and cost. If you could send me a preliminary document just to make sure we are all on the same page I would appreciate it. Please not that if we have a successful project that there can and will be additional jobs that will be requested as well.
