It all begins at the front desk, and we are looking for an attentive, compassionate team member with excellent communication skills for this key position. Primary Responsibilities: •prepare mail/ packages for shipment or pick up as well as distribute incoming mail and packages •provide backup switchboard support to another, out-of-state office; route calls •maintain inventory and appearance of office supply storage and kitchen areas •address customer's inquiries, providing nationwide support services •anticipate and respond to internal office support needs •assist another local office with administrative support •purchase kitchen and office supply items as needed •copy, scan, fax and file documents •coordinate internal meetings Requirements: •High School Diploma •minimum of 2 years of Reception and General Office/ Office Support/ Admin experience •dynamic communication rapport and telephone presence; professional, outgoing and polite •proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, FedEx online and internet applications •experience working with VOIP phone system and reception console •strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required •HRIS, SalesForce or other data base skills is a plus •reliable work ethics and attendance •highly attentive to details •initiative to pitch-in
