I need an assistant to work roughly five hours per day to manage a sales person and a web developer for our marketing company. I would expect you to work hard and make deadlines without missing a day of work. The timezones for work would be 9am pacific time to 3-5 PM pacific time Monday through Friday, with the occasional saturday work-day.
