I'm in need of a talented customer service representative to provide phone support, email support, and live chat support. Key Responsibilities: ● Handle a low volume (1-50 inquiries per day) effectively and professionally. Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth ● Manage large amounts of incoming queries through multiple channels (voice, in-app, email) ● Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution ● Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions ● Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies ● Take the extra mile to engage customers Skills and Experience Required: ● Experience in providing customer service support, preferably in the financial services industry (min 2 years) ● Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques ● Proficiency in English ● Ability to work 9-7 pm Indian Standard Time with the requisite devices to undertake the job (mobile, laptop) ● Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools (e.g. Exotel, Intercom, Freshdesk) ● Strong client-facing and communication skills, including contact handling and active listening
