URGENT Need help fixing CSS on a current website

Hi, First of all, please do not apply unless you are willing to do this project right away as I need it done as soon as possible, thanks. Also, if you are an agency, please do not apply as we are looking to work with a freelancer, possible with other projects after this. I need help with the following: On Desktop devices: 1.- Fix top navigation icons and align them as sample (current sample image and html/css/js/ will be provider) 2.- Add the Submenu navigation as sample image 3.- Second version of top navigation when user scroll down the page as sample (current sample image and html/css/js/ will be provider) 4.- Add search box and top panel as sample (current sample image will be provider) On Mobile devices: 1.- Top navigation: Center Logo and align icons as sample (current sample image and html/css/js/ will be provider) 2. When click on hamburger icon, add navigation as sample (current sample image will be provider) 3.- Fix a couple of images to make it responsive (html/css/js/ will be provider for a couple of pages with this problem. If fix one, the other page will fix as it is the same problem) I am looking for a Freelancer expert with CSS and Javascript, Jquery, Bootstrap, Slider Revolution and alike.
