I am looking for a EXPERIENCE web site coder and designer. I need a very similar website similar to 247cr.com. I will provide the code for [login to view URL] so the coder can leverage the code. The site is done in htm, php, mysql, mssql, on iis, the coder must be an expert in these technologies. The coder will be given remote desktop access. Phase 1 I need two sites migrated to a new server, shouldn't take more than 2 hours. Phase 2 provide a mock design including icons, banners, and images, (I will give detail and samples for the mock up), Phase 3 create the site based on the mock up. Development should be quick since I will be leveraging my existing site for codes and scripts from 247cr.com. The coder will need to make professional and creative recommendations through out the project, I Need around 8 simple images/icons (like on [login to view URL]) will need to be modified/created. The coder will be given a great deal of direction with VERY DETAIL mockups and instructions for the design. Page layout with content will be provided in detail. I need a coder who pays attention to all the details I provide. The coder should expect to do minor revisions to the pages, depending on the accuracy of the work to my instructions. Coder must load all work on my server through out the project for my review. The site must be fully functional on my server! Site needs to be (SEO) for google and [login to view URL] guidelines. Thanks, Andy ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
