We need tvOS GUI (objective-c, swift, js/tvml), which calls c/c++ code each frame for processing before displaying it on the screen. We don't need web app, but the ability to select video source (local or remote doesn't matter, whichever is easier to implement). The goal is to let us pre-process the frames, which will be upscaled 2x. Our backend code is C/C++, so keep that in mind. This is what you’ll be calling. Please see image attached
