Female Empowerment & Marketing Project

Ms Curvaceous is a female empowerment brand with a key focus on building body confidence, training plus size models and booking them jobs with major brands. Our goal is to ensure the future of media, fashion and beauty is more inclusive of all shapes and sizes so we can inspire the next generation to embrace self love regardless of how they look. We are looking for someone with a marketing background who has experience in online ads, copywriting, content creation and marketing automation. Although this is not compulsory, someone with CSS/Javascript coding knowledge would be ideal. The candidate will need to be very technically savvy as there will be various online programs they will need to learn how to use quickly. Location: Remote Employment Status: Self Employed/Contractor Training: 1 week prior to starting the project. Working hours: Flexible Project Duration: approx 6 months Future prospects: A long term contract with on target earnings will be considered based on performance reviews and completion of the project. Candidates should have experience/knowledge on the following: Social Media Ad Platforms including Facebook and YouTube. Email/Sms Marketing Customer journey development Marketing automation and work flows. Social content creation Copywriting Using Customer Relationship Management Systems Using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) Coding knowledge is not compulsory but will be beneficial (Javascript, CSS, Html) Role summary You will be expected to organise and manage ongoing advertising campaigns on various social media platforms. You will test and write the copy for ads, emails and landing pages, then update them accordingly. You will create automated systems that ensure each customer gets all the required information needed throughout the customer journey. You will organise and produce content with our existing creatives to ensure you have the necessary material for ads and customer journeys. You will create and update websites and payment checkout pages.
