Editing Manuscript - Fiction/Fantasy

This is a pretty cool projct if you enjoy fantasy and science fiction. There are about 400 pages double spaced but much of this is going to involve deleting boring, unnecessary description. I just want a basic edit (review and alter the content, correct grammar and syntax). I need this fast and my budget is $200 max. There's plenty of extra work for you if this goes well. Delivery by around 12pm tomorrow would be idea.
