complete realestate system

I need a price on a system that is liek this one. This system is not 100% the way we want it but need to build this pretty much liek this one and add a few things to it. thsi is just a demo and is not a working model yet. You will need to build this from scratch and make all aspects of it work. we will provide you some 3rd party programing to obtain the credit checks but you will hav eto store them for us to use them in this system. This system will have 4 lvls of access. user, loan officer, superviser and admin. each will have there own area to get to. I need someone that can comunicate very well to be able to get this done right. you must be available via phone and messenger. Daily progress will need to be seen. You will have 6 - 8 weeks to complete this project. Payment of 1/3rd will be made upon the start, 1/3 when you show it fully working on your server and 1/3 when it is done on our server. Payment via paypal only. No escrow or other variations in payment will be given. Make sure you look the non working demo over and get a good understanding of what we are wanting before you make a bid. I am not putting in a price. Please give your best price.
