Need coder to automate sending messages to Meetup member profiles. If works, can repeat many times.

I want to automate sending messages to members/profiles on Meetup.com. The problem I have is that my profile gets flagged as spam from sending the same message to numerous members too quickly. The limitations that trigger the spam/flag on my Meetup member profile are unknown. • I need you to send the same ORIGINAL MESSAGE (below), but with their profile name changed each time to personalize the message, to 100+ Meetup Group members per day, separated by an appropriate amount of time that will not get my account flagged. • I need an AUTO-REPLY MESSAGE (below) sent to members who respond to the original message. The messages to Meetup members should say: ORIGINAL MESSAGE • Hi [Steve/profile member name]! How is this soccer Meetup? Have you played in any games before? AUTO-REPLY MESSAGE • Cool! We actually have a soccer game next week and could use a sub. Really cool league and people. You interested? $5 per every 100 messages sent. I will likely need to send many 1000+ messages. I will start with 100 messages to make sure this works, then spend $300. Here is the link to the Meetup Group members that you will message.
