Code to read POP account/post to web form

currently working with CRM system called "Infusionsoft". Freelancers familiar with this system preferred (but not required). We have marketing leads (name, email, contact info) sent to specific email addresses of ours from 3rd party lead sources (each unique source sends their emails with lead data in a different format). Example: [login to view URL] sends email format #1, [login to view URL] sends email format #2, etc. The data is the same, just comes via different email formats. It all needs to be read from the email and posted to an existing webform. We need code to read the emails (on a very frequent interval) from these pop accounts, strip the data and post to a webform (we already have the webform code). If you are familiar with the process this should be a very easy project. Please comment on your experience with this process in your bid. Thanks!
