CL Classified Ads Posting - Local (3 Cities, 1 State)

Good afternoon, We are looking for a freelancer who is experienced with posting to C raig slist. We need posts in specific cities: 1) Denver, Colorado 2) Colorado Springs, Colorado 3) Boulder, Colorado The sections to be posted in for these cities are: For Sale By Owner => Electronics For Sale By Owner => Household Items. Job Requirements: - Must speak and understand English well. - Must have access to a number of Colorado area IP-addresses to rotate through during postings to increase longevity of post live time. - Applicants will be given the original posting format, but must be familiar and have experience with altering the post Title & Description on a Per Post basis, so that each post text is unique, increasing the longevity of live ad time. - Post Format will include 1 Template Per Product. [Variables] will be in place, to be replaced with text from associated .txt files to replace and rotate through. Additionally, there will be in-line spinning of text in the format of {word1|word2|word3|word4|word5} for one word per post then rotated through the next post. Must be familiar and understanding of making variations of ad copy based on template. - Applicants must have their own emails/PVA accounts to use for posting. - We would like to begin with 30 days per day, spread out over 3 posting times: a batch of 10 posts posted at 10AM, 10 more posts at 1PM, and 10 more posts at 3PM. - Applicants must agree that ads which get flagged/ghosted/deleted before being live for a MINIMUM of ~24 hours will NOT be paid for. - Upon hiring, applicant will be given the ad post information and begin posting the 30 ads per day. The applicant must provide us with a post report on a daily basis, and each report will be checked on the 3rd day after delivery to check ad status, again, posts which are flagged/ghosted/deleted upon checking will NOT be paid for. - Applicant must begin their application request to get hired with "Hello 321", if the applicant does not begin their applicant/message for this job with this, it will be clear that they did not read full job requirements, and will not be considered for the job. We are looking for an experienced Poster. The 30 ads per day is a trial. If the trial with the hired applicant goes well, the ad posting amounts will increase and the job will become long-term.
