I have a patent on a scalp massager and need the prototype built to continue the project. I have met a couple of engineers, but I find they often don't feel up to the task. I would like to find an engineer locally to create the prototype because I believe it helps with communication. My ideal engineer will not charge the maximum amount, but believes in it and sees there will be a great reward for the product's success. If it turns out that the engineer doesn't live close, that will be ok as well. I will want to see that the engineer has had some experience with the complexity of project it is. I've seen some prototypers have simple product and this is a more in depth project with mechanical and programing software. The engineer will need to work with a second engineer who can program the controller.
