adjustable ange N-type male to N type female connector adaptor

I have this antenna : [login to view URL] Ii have N type female mounted on flange. Selected freelancer will need to provide a design that will enable to tilt the antenna up to ~20 degrees. The adapter need to be no more that 150mm in lenght. Please provide the solution that you have in mind in PM, that way i will know we go in same direction. After approve of design the freelancer will need to manufacture this adapter in qty of 14-15pcs. Please keep this in mind while pricing. No additional cost will be available in manufacturing stage. The shipping cost will be on me. The time schedule is flexible but no more that month please.
