We are currently based on the Island of Kho Lanta Thailand and we are property developers who buy land then sell projects from autocad design, we require a team of professionals to calculate the size of our newly purchased land and come up with an artistic innovative idea for condo’s villas, and houses. The right team will have knowledge in the following fields and will receive ongoing work as our company grows within Thailand skills must includes 2D Auto CAD Drawing, Designing, Drafting & Conversion, 3D CAD Modeling & Rendering, CAD Visualization, Paper to CAD conversion, Auto cad conversions, ArchiCAD drafting and conversion,3D animations, 3D walk through. We will provide pictures of all land we purchase and dimensions, it is then for you to have the innovation to design what you think would be appropriate for the current location we are business men not artists and need artistic innovative people with new and fresh ideas to help us succeed in our business affectively.
