Attached copies are .pdf file is a IEEE paper which I am referring and it has 4 algorithms which I need to implement using C# and background for that algorithm is NChord(above link). .doc file is my preliminary report which has requirements and Technical specification can be changed as we wish. Using any tool? Or connecting between servers?Real time testing if possible?
