WPF template frontend developer

For our client we are redesigning an application that uses WPF. We want to base the design on an existing template they are currently using. They require the front-end to be developed based on our design as well, but we are lacking the WPF-required skills within our company. Right now I am looking for a rough quote for front-end work for this redesign project, so I can inform our client on a possible budget and scope. In collaboration we can make a project plan, and do a reevaluation of the budget if needed after the design has been completed. In the attachments you will find some examples of the old interface. As you can see the software focuses on high technical information, and is basically a sort of Analytics dashboard for machines. The design efforts will be mainly focussed on improving user interaction, and will also include some style changes.
