I m looking for a chatbot to handle support questions from the user and if not able to satisfy the require it should redirect to real support team. It should also have zendesk and Amadeus CRM integrations. I prefer Microsoft bot framework but you may suggest other frameworks too.

Hi, When it comes to building a chat bot the best chat bot frameworks are: IBM watson, Microsoft (your preference), Dialogflow (bought by google), Alexa by Amazon and then there is Manychat (no code bot framework) Chyme is also an option.
