Create a batch file for router restart

I already use a telnet script that I can modify for your purposes. There are 2 files I will include for the project. A .bat file which starts the telnet process and then calls a .vbs script which will send the key presses for the username, password, and reboot command.

I made a C# program few years ago which used to restart a specific kind of router using HTTP requests. It was a tough job since the HTTP server could send back different kinds of responses which I had to parse. I have full confidence that I can make another C# program which will restart a router using telnet session. If you ask, I can also make it save your username/password in a file or registry so that you won't need to put login info every time you launch the program. Please note that I may use a 3rd party telnet .NET library for networking if the native one isn't sufficient. Thanks.

I already have a program finished, tested and working on my Asus router every day. It is not developed using C# language. I'm using another programming language, I can send you full source code and make all changes you need. Can you tell me the exact router model you are using ?

We can complete this project wirh expect script in python or bash whatever you want. Easy job I have done similar things before for avaya network devices

I needed something similar myself, but I wanted to access telnet and find all ports. Then I wanted to remove specific port lines(their numbered, so i could use the numbers), then close the telnet afterwards. I will say I am more than capable to create this :) This is going to be a executable file. I need your router-IP, username and password, or I can make a file where you can enter it yourself.

I can do this job for you on linux bash script if it is comfortable. I've already done same automation tasks in bash. Here are many comfortable automation software :) Thanks. Den
