school management software on Dot Net

Welcome! I need full school management software to be developed for us using dot net. Key features are : 1. Will be sold to (play school to higher secondary school ) small and big many schools so it should be maintainable by any IT person. 2. We require development to be in modular format that can easily be Enabled or Disabled. 3. Expected to include the following modules A) User Management. B) Student details management. C) Admission. D) Trasnport (School Bus management). E) Attendance. F) Library. G) Payment (For school membership fees, Bus Fees, etc). H) SMS. I) Timetable Management. J) Hostel Management 4. It should contains report tools and export to PDF, for example Graduation Certificate, Timtable. 5. We will own the code fully. 6. Robust, Scalable, Secure, I am looking forward to this project being awarded very soon. Please keep in mind i need software need and clean code so any programmer can understand and develop it further if any new school require to further require. but i am trying to get full version now so i will not have to develop it further. if you have it already ready made. i will happy to purchase it first. i want to work with indian companies or individual only. i have less budget in starting but after selling 5 copies i will give more.
