C++ coding tracking system

hi I worked with these stuff . I have most of these parts, 3 xbee modules , 2 gps ublox module I build these system on ardiuno . I don't have kl25z. but If you accept my bid I will buy it for do the project

I have lot of experience in C++ and have implemented tracking system using Kinect . I would use Visual Studio for implementing this code as I have gained a experience of 4 years in it.
