Hi, Please ignore my bid $. Do you want this for personal usage ? or for product ? If you just want to achieve this filtering on your PC you can use some firewall with rules, this will be cheap solution. If you want this filtering for production or in individual app, yes we can use windivert. By blocking I suppose you mean drop the packet, right ? Thanks.
