Automated Installer for Pre-Existing Open Source Software

I need someone that can write an installer for "Poclbm-mod" (An Open Source Bitcoin Miner). It can be found by visiting [login to view URL] It must detect the video card and check to see if the OpenCL Driver & Stream SDK is installed (Both are packaged with the newest Catalyst Drivers). If there is a video card and it is supported then it should launch Poclbm-mod with the correct command line arguments, i.e.: username, password, and device (video card). Then it must be added as a service or to startup. If there is no video card present it must download and execute our custom CPU miner. It's also likely that we may want the CPU miner to run concurrently with the GPU miner. Summary: Automate the installation, card detection, run, and add to system startup. You should be proficient in C/C++ or Python.
