JAVA based Audio/Video chat room module(repost)(repost)

Hi, I am looking for a coder who can build a java based Audio/video chat room. The Chat module must allow for multiple users to speak at the same time. This module must be small and Audio/video quality must be good. This is part of a larger project and depending on how well the successful coder works on this module he/she may be offered more work. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
