Custom XBMC distro with database with website

This is a easy project and should not take long to complete. I need a custom version of XBMC stripped down just for watching online content. Here is a list of what is mandatory: - All xbmc branding must be removed and replaced with some other names, I haven't decided, I will give you a name and you can replace all the XBMC with my new name - All options but Watch Movies or Watch TV Shows MUST BE REMOVED, Online the following should exisit. MOVES, TV, LIVE - this version of XBMC must be able to point to a online database (which you will create) to find video content to watch - the database is to be located on my server which all the users will connect to through this custom xbmc version - the user will have to LOG in through the XBMX interface, ONCE, after that they should not need to log in again - I need some sort of website where users can register and pay monthly - A control panel for the website that can activate and de-activate users if they dont pay. The payment process and payments will be via paypal, so if a transaction is declined to de-activate the user - the online database will contain all types of links, FTP RSTP MMS HTTP these are all video files that are located elsewhere on the internet - the database MUST have the same or better functionality to the Apple Movie Trailer Script that comes default with XBMC, ideally I want the users to be able to watch any content that I have found on the internet. Each link must have details for the movie or show or sport, a poster duration time.... pretty much everything - the users must be able to search by any criteria that I set in the menus or via the xbmc interface the user can type in what they are looking for - some sort of database management system must be in place, I plan on finding content every day, and I need to be able to add it to the database very easy, with all the details and poster I am open to suggestions.
