I am in the role of formulating business strategy for my individual business unit at my current organization. My job is to go through complete product portfolios of various organizations to do a detailed analysis for each product. This is required to assess which products of different organizations are suitable for services provided by my business group. This is followed up by business level analysis which includes market analysis and competitor analysis.
