I am looking for an expert who can help improve the deliverability rate of my email campaign. Currently, less than 50% of the emails are reaching the recipients' inbox, with the majority ending up in the spam folder. Hello, I see you said- You're having trouble sending your emails through SMTP SendGrid and Mailwizz platform. First, why are you using such platform? 1) If you search "sendgrid" on google search, you'll see result showing Brevo is better than SendGrid. And I'm pretty sure, you're using sendgrid free plan. ii) Mailwizz- honestly I'm not familiar with it. So here your main issue and my main task is to fix email delivery in customers inbox rather than in junk OR spam folder. Google consider emails from custom domains as spam/scam if it doesn't have properly DMARC, DKIM or SPF installed. I will HELP you fixing this, you'll be able to send emails from other FREE email client and your all emails will surely go straight to the customer's inbox. So I'm hoping this task from you, Thanks!
