Bulk Email Send

I need someone to do simple emailing, initially to 30,000 email addresses and later, if job is done well, I will send to another +-270,000, to make the complete list of about 300,000. I intend this to become an ongoing email campaign, but this initial job is just for the initial 30,000. Emails must send straight to inbox and not be received as “spam” or returned to sender, as some of the email servers may have high security for spam. Clean the list for invalid emails. I am looking for an individual who can do this job at low cost (the initial project for no more than $50.00) I require a person who is skilled who can send out large volumes of emails at once. If you have not done projects this size before (300,000 emails per month) DO NOT RESPOND.
