USA Consumer database needed

I need to buy a consumer email databse from USA. (females only) The list should not include any gmail accounts. It would be great if it contains the consumer names as well. I am looking to buy this list from Email marketers ONLY!! Leads sellers please do not BID on this project. I am looking for a clean database that was recently used. I need a way to check and make sure that the exported list is really clean. You can either share your screen while exporting from Interspire or any applicatoin that you have or you may let me export it. Please BID your price per Million, considering this as an on-going requirement.
