PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a talented and experienced branding expert or agency to develop a comprehensive Brand Toolkit for Australian Immigration Agency (AIA), a leading professional services firm offering consulting and legal services related to immigration. Our firm is committed to providing exceptional service and expert advice, helping our clients navigate the complexities of immigration processes with ease and confidence. OBJECTIVE: Our aim is to enhance our brand's consistency and clarity across all communication and marketing channels. We have an existing logo and colour scheme which we would like to keep similar, but we are open to thoughtful refinements that align with our brand's evolution and market positioning. SCOPE OF WORK: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the following components as part of the Brand Toolkit: 1) Brand Story and Positioning: - Develop a compelling Mission/Vision Statement that reflects AIA’s purpose, goals, and differentiators. - Articulate a clear Unique Value Proposition that sets AIA apart in the realm of consulting and legal services within the immigration sector. 2) Visual Identity: - Refine our existing Logo with usage guidelines, including size, spacing, and prohibitions. - Define a comprehensive Colour Palette with CMYK, RGB, HEX, and Pantone codes. - Specify Typography for brand consistency across headers, body text, and other contexts. 3) Imagery and Graphic Elements: - Establish Photography Style guidelines that resonate with AIA’s ethos. - Create Graphic Standards for additional visual elements such as icons and patterns. 4) Voice and Messaging: - Define the Brand Voice to ensure it’s aligned with AIA’s values and audience expectations. - Develop a Messaging Framework with key messages and taglines for diverse audiences. 5) Digital and Physical Guidelines: - Provide Digital Guidelines for online presence including website, social media, and email signatures. - Set Print Guidelines for business cards, letterheads, brochures, and advertisements. - Outline Physical Guidelines for office branding and client interaction points. 6) Additional Branding Materials - To ensure our internal and external documents reflect our brand identity consistently we additionally require the creation of: - Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word brand templates (please contact me for examples) - MS Teams background - LinkedIn headers - Desktop wallpaper DELIVERABLES: 1) A comprehensive Brand Toolkit document detailing all the above components. 2) Digital files (source fully editable & owned by me) for all visual elements (logo, colour palette, typography, etc.). IDEAL CANDIDATE / AGENCY: - Proven experience in branding for professional services. - Strong portfolio showcasing previous brand toolkit development. - Excellent communication skills (English) and ability to translate our vision into a cohesive brand identity.
